How about some comedic relief to start off the long weekend? Doctor Tiger is Shenzhen’s first long-form improv group. Long form improv is a type of stage comedy where we take a suggestion from our audience to build an entirely improvised show with various characters and storylines. It will be full of laughs, fun, and drama. This will be a show unlike any other you have ever seen!

Fri, Jun 7: Peace

This English indie rock band caps off a three-stop China tour at B10 on June 7. The crew have been compared to the likes of Vampire Weekend, The Maccabees and Foals. The band hit their stride in 2013 after being nominated in the Sound of 2013 poll. Come on down and enjoy Peace’s last pit stop in China – for now, anyway.

Sun, Jun 9: Marc Melia Live

Brussels-based composer slash musician Marc Melia is in the midst of an eight-stop China tour, passing through multiple provinces and municipalities. He’ll make his way to Oil on June 9, bringing the audience a truly unique live electronic music act. Melia helps give beauty to the sounds we often hear in nature as cold and emotionless, and brings life to what may be seen by some as artificial.
